Auction Service represents the culmination of three generations of auction experience and
antique expertise. Following Frank F. & John F. Dennis, current owners Frank &
Steve Dennis have combined their lifelong training with the finest modern auction
technology to present a full service auction that is gaining national prominence.
Sales are held regularly,
every other Friday, with special auctions added.
Our calendar is updated periodically and posted on our website.
Mark your calendar! We also notify our large
customer base of each of our auctions with an
automatic e-mail. In addition,
we regularly advertise in local newspapers and selected
trade journals.
DAS is a small
company with growing capabilities. Our full-time staff can offer you the benefits of over
125 combined years of experience in the antique and auction business. Rapid growth in the
past four years has spurred the development of new systems and services to give our
consignors and customers the best possible results.
In our spacious Auction Gallery on Rt. 57 in Stewartsville, NJ we conduct three auctions simultaneously.
Our main Gallery features catalogued antiques and decorative arts with company President
Frank Dennis as Auctioneer. Associate
Auctioneer, Jim McClure, presides over the jewelry, small showcase
treasures, postcards, coins and special categories. Associate
Robert Cammarieri sells good box lots,
tools, household goods, linens, vintage clothing and modern furniture. To prospective consignors this format insures
that every item in the estate will be given proper attention and to buyers that they
pursue their special interests in a minimal amount of time.
DAS is a full
service auction company. In addition to our regular gallery auctions, we conduct on-site
estate sales, real estate auctions, commercial liquidations and also provide appraisal
services. If an auction is not appropriate, DAS has the capability to purchase an entire
estate, collection, or one piece. We will empty an entire house, including
the removal of
debris, and leave the premises in broom-swept condition. Company President Frank Dennis, is
a licensed Real Estate Auctioneer & Certified Appraiser.
All DAS Auctions are
computerized providing a detail accounting of all transactions for consignor and buyer
alike. Our office staff and auction staff are experienced professionals
who will provide
you with quality and conscientious service. We cater to the individual needs of our client by
providing flexible commission rates and work hours.
