All bids open to the Floor (present bidders) first.. Only when the Floor has reached its top bid will bidding turn to Left Bid ( Absentee and/or Phone). Bidding will then continue with the clerk executing Left Bids . When Floor Bidding has stopped, the highest Left Bid would then win the item for the next bid ( final Floor Bid + one bid increment ). Because bidding always opens to the Floor, instances when the Floor's highest Bid matches the highest Left Bid the item will be won by the Floor Bidder. We will do our best to execute your bids, but as stated in our Conditions of Sale, we are not responsible for mistakes. |
DAS will store Absentee/Phone Bid items at Dennis Auction Center under the following conditions

DAS is not responsible or liable for the items to be stored.

Arrangements for picking up your items from DAS storage must be made within two weeks of this Agreement
-
Items remaining in DAS storage after two weeks become the property of DAS and will be disposed of at DAS discretion.

Note: Please pay attention to the Description and Quantity columns in the catalogue. It is the Bidders responsibility to inspect and ascertain the condition of each lot. It instances where items are Sold Each your bid price will be taken as per piece. Also there is a 15% buyers premium on lots that will be added to your total bill. If you have questions about quantity for items sold in Sections 2 & 3 please ask [908-859-3424] before leaving bids. Returns for misconception involving description or quantity Will Not Be Accepted. A different Form only need to be filled out for each section in which you are placing bids, not for each item. |
