Immediate Payment is Required Upon Sale Completion Unless Prior Arrangements Have Been Approved By An Authorized DAS Staff Member

 PLEASE NOTE:  It is the BIDDERS RESPONSIBILITY to Inspect and Ascertain the Condition of Each Lot.  Please Ask Any Questions Before Placing Your Bid.  Returns for Misconceptions Involving Description or Quantity Will Not Be Accepted. Our Buyers Premium Will Be Added to Your Final Purchase Price, Plus Any Applicable State Sales Tax.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:  All Bids Are Open To The Floor (Present Bidders) First. When The Floor Has Reached It’s Top Bid, Bidding Will Turn To Absentee/Phone Bidders. Bidding Will Then Continue With A Representative Of Dennis Auction Executing Absentee/Phone Bids. We Do Our Best To Execute Your Bids, But Are Not Responsible For Any Errors Or Omissions.  Arrangements For Picking Up Your Items Must Be Made Within 7 Days. Items Remaining In DAS Storage After 10 Days Will Become Property Of DAS. If Payment Is Not Made, Bidding Privileges Will Be Revoked & Legal Action Will Be Taken.

There is a Minimum of $25.00 on Absentee Bids

Absentee Bidders: Please fill out the following form.

Under Description please include:

• Item Number from the Catalogue with a Description for items in the Main Sale (sec1)

• Clear & Specific Descriptions for items sold in the Front Room (sec2)

• Box or Lot Number with a description for items being sold in the Back Room (sec3)

Note:  Please pay attention to the Description and Quantity columns in the catalogue. It is the Bidders responsibility to inspect and ascertain the condition of each lot. It instances where items are Sold Each your bid price will be taken as per piece. Also there is a 15% buyers premium on lots that will be added to your total bill. If you have questions about quantity for items sold in Sections 2 & 3 please ask [908-859-3424] before leaving bids. Returns for misconception involving description or quantity Will Not Be Accepted. A different Form only need to be filled out for each section in which you are placing bids, not for each item.
